Santa!!

Our ward had their annual Christmas dinner. It was fantastic. Best church dinner i've ever attended. The food was amazing and was served up family style!
The primary children sang, and of course we ALL took a turn on Santa's lap!

To me, the best part was the Christmas tree up on the stage. It was covered in glass ornaments-each depicting a different manger scene. Absolutely beautiful.

Each family was invited to take one home.

Sophia and Grandpa

Sophia is loving 2nd grade. She has a fantastic teacher and they planned a very fun class Christmas

party. Full of friends treats and acti

vities. And she had given her teacher/class a copy of Grandpa Mike's new Christmas book! You will see it sitting along side of other famous authors.

Polar Express

William has an amazing Kindergarten teacher. After watching the movie "The Polar Express" A special delivery came from the north pole. She had taken the time to make sure this special package was still cold..the kids were amazed. What was inside? Their own bells! Which of course were still cold.
As she was opening the package, suddenly William shouts, "I believe!" That was followed by periodic shouts from the rest of the class of "I Believe! I believe!!!"
It was too cute! They had a wonderful time.

christmas program 2011

William's christmas started off with a bang. He performed "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" and "Please Christmas Don't be Late" (the Chimpmunk version).

He did awesome. I would say his class was the best! Can you spot my little reindeer?

Number One

So this is Bret and I. Cute right? This is appropriate, because our story actually began on the back of a Harley!

Dearest Lindsay

I could never have started this blog without my dear friend Lindsay.  She came to visit me and gave me a fast course in this stuff.  Now let's see if I keep it up! :) Ha Ha Ha!
